    Ok, They are weird. True.. But do you actually KNOW what it is? They are holes for the water to flow into for the drain pipe below.. You are basically seeing a drain for a dam…. you dont want to fall into that, if you do, you’re going to get accelerated at great speed, and put through about a thousand little nozzles that will tear you apart.
