Deer stand camera snaps bizarre animal
A deer hunter captures a spooky image wandering through the Louisiana woods at night.
A hunter near Baton Rouge says he found this freaky photo on his deer stand camera.
The hunting camera was broken but the memory card was still there and so was this bizarre image.
It looks like a cross between a human and an animal, with long slender appendages and glowing eyes.
The hunter says he just hopes it’s a vegetarian, if he runs into it in the woods again.

Wow that’s really intense and sad. I read a comment on youtube like this on one of the same videos, about govt mutants. Here is my theory: This is in Louisiana, therefore, I believe it is a displaced, malnourished, amnesia-stricken victim of hurricane Katrina who has yet to find his way back to reality. Sorry, but you guys just need to come up with something a little more convincing. This is a person!… No animal features at all! Looks just like the emaciated people from photos of the Holocaust. This Not Only Is Very Real, But Me And A Few Friends Dealt With One July 16 2010, the day before i statred sating my GF. this thing smelled putrid and felt like it was hunting us and if def UFO related for we were channeling ufos right before things started running in the bushes. we made in within 12 feet of a trailer and bam, same being, but looked like it had no face
I need to say, forests are the best places in the world to cover up some strange things. And forests are also the places where the most strange things happens and can be seen.
So I tell you a story that happened to me and three other friends 2008.
We were camping in the forests of a small town in Switzerland, where we lived at that time. It was big flat stone in the rock, looking like a very small cave, so it could offer some cover against bad weather. We’re gone there by day and stayed till the next day. This wasn’t the first time that we was there, but it was the first time that we spent the whole day and a long time in the night, laughing, making music and eating. It was something between 3 and 4 in the mourning and we were sitting and talking, as my friend says, psst, shut up, some animal is coming near, let be quiet to see what it is. We thought naturally that it was a fox or some other animals that walks in the night through the forests here in Switzerland in search of food. The noise of something walking over the leafs came always a little bit near and every single one of us started to ask ourselves what kind of animal would approach 4 people sitting around a fire. The noise kept coming near, ’till everyone of us was able to see something that not really does look like this guy, but it was definitely something that no one of us have ever seen before in our lives. As the only one girl that was sitting with us there started to scream in fear, the something started to scream too and came faster near to us screaming. I must say, it was dark, but we could see this thing wasn’t a person, not even a person in a costume and it’s screams was the most fearing screams I’ve ever heard and possibly will ever have heard in my whole life. I searched after that so long for a explanation, some animals that could look like that or that could scream such noises out like this thing did, but till today I am simply successless. There is absolutely nothing compared with that. As the thing was so close that we would have had the chance to see it completely, the other friend of mine stud quickly up, letting such a powerfull scream coming from the deepest deep of his breast, that we became more scared with our hearts pumping much more than before and so the thing too. His scream was so full of fear and at the same time so powerful, I bet every single animal living in this part of the forest simply ran away or flew away in fear, because it was everything so quiet after his scream. But we saw that the thing also became so scared that it rant away very fast. I swear, before this strange meeting, I never believed so strong in the existence of such things like I am today. I don’t say I was a skeptic man, but my belief became so strong that I started to search for every answer I could get. Till today, we four speaks about this apparition but no one ever saw this thing again, but the one guy that screamed, told the story to his father and his father gave him a very old book, telling about apparitions of every kind in this town and in the towns nearby. We found out that there, in the same place as we was, for about 40 years ago, the same thing happened to 7 guys, that were doing almost the same thing like we deed and they told about the same apparition. In the book no one screamed and they could see a little bit more, but not really. They just say, the thing started to scream to loud, that they only could ran away scared. A lot of people have had similar meetings with that thing but they never had the courage to go near. In the book, the thing is called “The Cracky” or “The Matininly” whatever this might mean in the Swiss German language. Fact is, nobody knows what this thing was and why it came so close to us, even if we were sitting around fire. Surely, this was no animal. Sadly we could not see it to say it looks like something that has been picked on a camera, if fake or not. But we swore to ourselves, we will repeat this night, till it comes again, but at this time, we’ll be prepared! I know this story sound like something invented, but I can guarantee all of you, this story, is the truest thing I ever heard, because I didn’t only hear about! I was there! Whatever this thing was, it was there, and I bet, it’s still not gone!!! I grown up listening to ghost stories that my whole family tells, about apparitions that I believe the have really seen. It shivers me every time. But nothing scared me that way! And I will see it again! That’s a promise!

this is a confirmed hoax, it caused a lot of press and investigations by the curious when it surfaced. look for some of the forum postings around that time which did image analysis and also found copies of the photo released previously with different time/dates on it.
