With the Size of the Force required it is now possible to estimate the dimensions and mass of an object that could send ELENIN astray. The larger theorised velocity will be used for equations; this must be done to cancel out the velocity factor in the mass. (The theorised object will be referred to as SOD (seals our doom)

So in conclusion, if an object roughly 59% of the mass of Comet ELENIN, grazed or hit ELENIN in the aforementioned ‘E.L.E. range’, it would most likely send the comet straight towards us.

Although this small bunch of calculations seems to help us interpret how close we are to being hit, it is actually of no real use unless we can figure out the pinball effects on the comet as it passes between planets and the asteroid belt.

For this I have composed a variables list that hopefully some people can give me some figures for so I can work  this out:

Planetary Pathway, (what planets is it set to pass? how close, what day etc) I already have the info to work out the influence each planet would have but lack the pathway to judge it from

ELENIN composition, (what makes up this rock? Mostly ice and gas, or high levels of iron and rock?), with this I can work into electromagnetism as a factor.

Direction and actual speed, right now I’m working with rough estimates and need some hard info to make a general conclusion

This is 1000 miles away from impact on Land and the type of asteroid is Rock. Should this thing be Iron!!!! which at the moment it supposingly is, we are talking about a total different story, and the damage increases 10 times more.

Here is when it hits water 500 miles out from a coast at water depth of 20K feet which is avg in the Pacific.

The crater opened in the water has a diameter of 49.7 km ( = 30.9 miles ).

Tsunami Wave:

The impact-generated tsunami wave arrives approximately 56.2 minutes after impact.

Tsunami wave amplitude is between: 107.0 meters ( = 353.0 feet) and 215.0 meters ( = 705.0 feet).

Then again it depends on the shoreline approaching any Island, and there will be more than 1 wave. At least minimum 3 major waves The impact wave, the rebound of the water filling up the impact point, and then the after effects wave which starts the secondary follow ups.

So with all this, you can expect just about everything will get wiped out should this Tsunami hit any Island. Example> Hawaii will undoubtly get wiped out. That wave will follow thru end to end on that Island, and this means every human and object and whatever is there will all be washed out to sea permanently. Survival is ZERO. Means to say all water is contaminated with ocean water, electricity is wiped out, most homes gone, and most buildings gone, and all planes gone, and no human around. The island will be underwater for a few days before it drains back out to sea, and of course the Volcano more likely will have a very severe reaction to the water itself possibly causing a huge volcanic eruption.

If such should hit New Zealand> same thing and Indonesia same deal as well as all of the Islands in the pacific. Taiwan will get wiped out. Japan maybe survive on the west coast side but Tokyo, Haneda, Kansai and others like Hiroshima, Nagasaki and the rest on the east coast is all bye bye. The same applies to China, Hong Kong will definitely be wiped out as well as Shanghai and a few others along the Chinese coast. Bejing will most likely escape but they might get some remnants of the wave itself depending on its elevation in relation to the shore.

Both Vietnama will be wiped out.. Probably half of Cambodia will get wiped out too. Laos is iffy because its a very hilly country. Thailand, Bangkok will be soaked up quite good since its almost sea level and only 12 feet above it.

Nakhon Sawan is only 45 feet above sea level, whereas Chaing Mai is only 90 feet above sea level. That is right. >28 feet separates me from Bangkok in relation to sea level and this is 289 Kilometers!!!. Talk about a close call here. What this means is the rise is extremely very little slope spread over the distance. From Nakon Sawan to Chaing Mai its another 430 kilometers and it only rises another 45 feet!

So actually it will be better this comet to hit land instead of water. This is my opinion.

Now if this comet is Iron which is 75% probable, here is the results just for land and water at 500 miles away from impact point.

Tsunami wave amplitude is between: 207.0 meters ( = 678.0 feet) and 414.0 meters ( 1360.0 feet)

This means a quarter mile high wall of water. 

Again, better to have land impact than water impact by all means. Most lives will be saved that way.

However keep in mind the thermal radiation will LAST FOR ALMOST A FULL 15 MINUTES.  The heat alone will be enough to kill you, just 500 miles away from impact point.


The windstorm and the earthquake shock wave will hit less than 1 hour after impact.

I would guess most likely everybody will be informed of the pending impact area well enough in advance to take cover.  At least minimum 3 hours before it hits.

    After a brief look, these calculations still do not add up.
    Your first calculation is for the volume of a perfect sphere in three-dimensions. What are the chances of comet Elenin being a perfect sphere and will be able to fit into your volume equation properly? Also, in your calculation you still are using kilograms, which is an improper measurement of this volume. It should be in cubic meters or cubic kilometers.
    To get the volume of a sphere in three-dimensions:

    V = (4/3) πR^3
    V = ((1.333)*(3.141))*(2000 meters)^3
    V = (4.188)*(8,000,000,000 cubic meters)
    Volume of Elenin as a perfect sphere = 33,495,624,000 cubic meters
    (or) 3.3495 x[10]^10 cubic meters (or) 3.3495 x[10]^10 m³
    (or) 33.495 cubic kilometers (or) 33.495 km³

    You seem to be transposing the numbers incorrectly and increasing them my at least a factor of 1000. Your final answer should be for the volume equation above should be:
    3.3495 x 10 ^10 m³, not 3.351032164 x 10^10 kg³
    This would again make your Mass, Gravity, and Turning Force calculations incorrect because you are still using an improper value for the comets volume.

    You also seem to be using an improper value for “acceleration” in your Mass equations. Speed (or velocity) is not the same thing as acceleration. Acceleration is the difference between an objects starting speed (dV) and its speed over time (dT). The formula for acceleration would be:

    a=dV/dT which is also equal to
    a=(d^(2 ) r)/〖dT〗^2
    (a=acceleration, d=difference, v=velocity/speed, r=distance, and t=time).

    You are using the comets estimated speed in place of its acceleration. This will also make your calculations incorrect.

    I still do not know how the value of the comet’s speed being between 44,000,000 – 64,000,000 m/s could be accurate. This is an incredibly fast speed for a comet! The fastest comet ever recorded was Haley’s Comet which traveled at a speed of 366 miles per second (589.019904 kilometers per second) at its closest distance to the sun (which is where a comet will be travelling the fastest). According to your statement, comet Elenin (which is nowhere near its closest position to the sun as of yet) is currently travelling at between 44,000km/s – 64,000km/s (27,340.3325 miles/second – 39,767.7563 miles/second). This would make comet C/2010 X1 Elenin by FAR the fastest comet to enter our solar system. This speed cannot be correct. The difference in speeds between the fastest comet ever recorded and this comet Elenin is too immense.

    2nd thing, i have stated that i would like some more acurate measurements to work from as i too thought that the velocity at which it is approaching is very very fast, i would also like form someone to give me a time froame as the accelration cannot be accurately workd out without the time factor, also i doublee checked my volume calculation and got the same values as i had printed

    also as i understand it the actual equation for acceleration is
    a = v – u / t
    where v is the current velocity and u is the intial velocity, of course you can break it down into more base equations, but in order to find time you need acceleration, so you see the problem here, we dont have time and we dont have acceleration,

    if someone could please give me a proper measurement in km/h of velociity i woould be happy to rework the equations

    The speed of Elenin is approximately 51 km per second. OK This is about 32 miles a second. Fair enough???

    At the current time the trajectory is somewhere between 30,000 to 50,000 miles from our planet. It is assumed based on the latest information from NASA its 30,000 miles.

    Next what I said to Luke is to figure only on just a 3 degree change on its course. Not 29 degrees etc. Jesus that is a hell of a lot to shoot a ping pong ball clear off kilter back out to space.

    I have my figures and I want to see what Luke and Faceless can come up with OK. According to my figures a change of 3 degrees inward from its last known present course (not outward) will place Elenin smack for impact on Planet Earth!!!!

    Now for this change to take place what amount of force will be needed to alter its present course, and its definitely not going to be from behind the Comet/Asteroid. It will be from the sides which should be color yellow and in the front off center which should be RED color.

    The factors that come into play at present course is the magnetic and gravitational pulls from other planets and the Sun, and don’t forget Earths as well, that exists in our present solar system.

    That is what you need to figure out on. The other possibility is the outside chance Elenin happens to hit one of the rocks somehow inside the Asteroid belt that is between Earth and Mars.

    I am telling you now that 3 degrees is not much to alter a comet/asteroids course when its close but when you look at the long distance range, yes it can be quite significant.

    Also we have to possibly account for YU55 passing us by around the same time period which will be about 200,000 away from us and its projected that the earth will hit it debris tail if any shortly thereafter. How much will this play to Elenin remains to be seen.

    In order for Elenin to definitely hit and make contact on Earths ground it has to enter at a 45 degree angle. Not more and not less. If anything else it will either burn up at entry or skip off the atmosphere. OK.

    Now at the same token if it hits at a 40 degree angle yes it can still make contact to the ground but probably will explode just before official ground impact.

    At a 50 degree angle it will have a long entry phase coming down at a angle like similar to a 747 jet.

    At 55 degree it will skip off the atmosphere. At 35 degree it will burn up like an intense fireball and it will be very close to the ground if it contains Iron which this one does before exploding.

    The force of the explosion will be about 50 thermo nuclear warheads going off at the same time!!!!!!

    Here is some other tidbits of infor for both of you.

    The destruction and amount of destruction over a wide area is best achieved when a nuclear device is detonated about 2,500 to 3,000 feet off the ground. Now if this comet/asteroid does the same thing, the damage can reach out approximately 300 miles diameter!!!!!!!

    Why because there is no obstruction to deflect the blast effects and it has clear line of sight out to the horizon. Now you understand??? This is ten times worse than a direct impact contact meaning it hit the ground and went down at least a couple of miles before literally exploding. The blast effect will make the hole bigger and deeper. OK.

    This rock is 2.5 miles diameter. Take a car on a straight road and hoist up a high flag pole or put a bright beacon on top using a battery. Then get inside the car and drive out 2.5 miles and make your other mark. Go back in 1.25 miles and then look at both poles and you can see just how wide this baby really is end to end. Now from the ground go 2.5 miles up and that is a hell of a lot of rock/iron that is going to hit!!!!!

    Last of all do not figure Elenin as a perfect sphere. Figure it as a oblong with various dimensions regarding widths and lengths.

    Then you will arrive with the correct figures.

    Its already known he claims to be too busy. This person is not a full time astronomer. He is just another amateur that knows things about astronomy and got lucky to spot Elenin which was named after him. He is not an expert by any means nor does he have the extensive knowledge that a full time astronomer who does such for a living for many years etc.

  18. As far as I can tell, NASA does not say the comet will come anywhere near 30,000 miles (48,280.32 kilometers) or 50,000 miles (80,467.2 kilometers) to Earth. I consistently find them stating it will be approximately 21,000,000 miles (or approximately 35,000,000 kilometers) from Earth at its closest approach. This is approximately .24 – .25 AU from Earth not the 0.0004617 AU that some are proposing. This great distance is hardly something to be concerned about. Something that should be much more concerning is the April 13th, 2029 approach of the asteroid 99942 “Apophis”. This asteroid is predicted to be at its closest to Earth a distance of 0.000196867573 AU, which is a distance of approximately 18,300 miles (29,470km). This asteroid Apophis will come much closer to Earth than Elenin is proposed to come, even if Elenin were to pass at a distance of 30,000 miles. At a distance of 18,300 miles (29,470km), Apophis will fly between the Earth and the moon. Now that’s pretty close! While this asteroid is smaller than comet Elenin is, Apophis will be much closer to Earth and will be easily visible.     NASA is fuckin lying to everybody. Here is the scoop.

    NASA will not admit Alien ships are cruising around the ISS and watching them. Yet we can see them from their fuckin camera that is on the ISS. NASA will not admit the large objects being seen from SOHO and have many times erased it and kept it from view to the public. Remember NASA gets all the images first before its released out to the public. They get first crack on it. Some of those pics leaked out due to some security gliches. Thank gawd for that much.

    NASA has fudged up the figures so well to not alarm the public. This so called NEO event especially when a asteroid is streaking at 30 miles a second they don’t have the means to be able to stop it now at current time. That speed is very fast. Example a 747 going at mach .89 will do 8 miles a minute. At 30 miles a second is 10 times faster than a bullet. In one minute that asteroid covered almost 2,000 miles!!!!!!! Which means when it appears on one end of the horizon and goes to the other end of the horizon it will take approximately 6 minutes. Half of Earth is 12 K miles.

    Some of these asteroids are known to go 49 miles a second. Avg is around 39 miles a second for most of them.

    The last known speed of Elenin is 37 miles a second. As it gets closer to the sun it will pick up speed and it will sling shot around the sun provided it misses us. Also if it misses us its projected to hit VENUS.

    Now back to Elenin. The distance. The last known official pass by distance is confirmed by INDEPENDENT ASTRONOMERS which say 30K miles at current projections. NASA is all fucked up and it is a ball face lie. No where near 30 million miles.

    NASA took down the sight when they re-checked their calculations based on information given from independent sources pertaining to its projected path. Ever since they have remained QUIET ABOUT IT.

    Many are buying underground bunkers by the THOUSANDS. Ask yourself why????

    All Elenin has to do is change course by just a mere 3 DEGREES and it will head smack at us if the change goes INWARDS. Ok.

    This thing is a 4 km piece of rock mixed with iron. It is not a iceball!!!!!! The damage it can do is horrific if it hits just the right spot and that spot is the Pacific Ocean!!!!!! It would be far better for it to hit land and save a lot of grief!!!!!!

    USA has absolutely no capability to stop this mother of an object. Its too goddamn big. They can handle maybe a 400 meter deal but not a 4 KM deal. Big difference here.

    Apophos is just a child compared to Elenin. Elenin is a baby compared to the one that hit during the DINO era. You cannot compare. The Dino deal was a 25 mile piece of rock and iron!!!! It created a 200 mile diameter hole right after impact!!!! Not to mention how deep it went being 19 miles!!!!!!

    This 4 km will create a hole of 12 miles in diameter almost 2 miles down!!!!!! right after impact. The hole itself will fill up when the walls of the ground cave back down into it. After the cave in is stabilized it will still have a hole of almost a mile deep.

    Example. Just a mere 24 meter piece of iron created a hole in Meteor Crater in Arizona and I was there and its one big hole going down almost 700 feet!!!!! and a mile in diameter. Yes a mere 24 meter piece of object. They found just one piece of that iron and it weighed almost 1 ton!!!! Its about 4 feet in length and about 2 feet wide on display too!!!!

    Aliens have been spotted walking on the ISS and NASA denies it yet one can see it move slowly and the camera sensors picked it up and followed it. go figure. What the aliens did is use a cloaking device to not been seen physically, and we saw a hatch open up and then close back up. No human was outside of the ISS at that time.

    Yet the camera sensors said something was there and followed it.

    So since NASA does not want to tell the truth and have shut down some key critical pieces of astronomical units which the public was using to gather information, I cannot trust NASA anymore and we have to rely on information from the independent sources as time goes on.

    The person who discovered Elenin, calculated the orbit to pass by a mere 50 k miles. After some recalculating was done it came down to 30K miles. That is where it stands at present time.

    What is not yet known is if it should change course and if it does which way did it change, and if it changes towards Earth, what area on this planet will it be projected just 12 hours before impact. This data we do not have as of yet.

    We will probably have a pretty good idea about a month before its arrival. At that point we can recalculate everything and get a much better data to get some idea of whats going on. Until then everything is speculative at best.

    Oh as of apophos I will be dead before it ever comes around. So I am not worried about it, cause I will not be alive at that time to even see it. hehehehehehehe.

    To some of those who may not know, but Randy “Macho Man” Savage passed away two days ago having a massive heart attack while driving down the highway with his wife and ended up head on into a tree. His wife of 1 year survived but Macho Man also sustained injuries from the impact and it did not help him at all especially when having a heart attack at the same time. He was a former WWE (wrestling) phenom and star back in the 90’s. RIP. Age> 58

      I personally do not believe that NASA discloses all of their gathered information to us. I also believe that most of the scientists involved in NASA are contracted to them and believe in their work and are being honest about it and their discoveries. There are people at the top of NASA who pull the strings and don’t let all the available information out. There are also people who leak information to the public from NASA. It is all a very elaborate game of timing. NASA does admit there are alien objects travelling in space and around the ISS. They do admit there are bases on the moon much older than our Earth. They do admit that the Earth has already been contacted by creatures from other planets and galaxies and that SETI is a ruse. They just do not admit that to us, to the public. As an arm of the Department of Defense, NASA is not obligated to reveal this information to the public if it is seen as a “national defense” issue. I think this is just an excuse and there is no way to defend ourselves from these entities anyway, so it cannot ultimately be called a national defense issue. NASA should divulge the information, but it does not.

      That being said, what would NASA’s advantage be for shutting down their space telescopes? Wouldn’t this be essentially making them blind? The WISE telescope has been shut down because its job is finished and it has run out of coolant. It has surveyed the entire sky 1.5 times, which is 50% more than it was commissioned to do. I would say it is a success, not a cover-up. WISE is waiting for a potential infusion of cash, then an infusion of coolant to get it operational again. That is why it is in hibernation. Also, if these “independent astronomers” are correct in their calculations, why do they not produce this information and publish it in respected astronomical journals instead of just conspiracy websites? How reliable is that information?

      As far as bunkers go, there is an obvious reason for them being built. More and more nations on this planet are building, attempting to build, or attempting to acquire nuclear weapons. Nations like North Korea, Iran, Syria, and many African nations would be more than willing to use these weapons if they were able to get their hands on one. They would use them on their enemies, and would even use them on their own people. If a terrorist got a nuke, we would also be in very bad shape. It is also necessary for our modern electromagnetically-based society to protect itself from the potential dangers of the sun and solar radiation. A few powerful solar flares and all the electronics exposed to the sun can be fried plunging us into an electronic dark age. This is the reason for the bunkers and the underground bases. If we were being attacked by a significantly superior technological power, these bases and bunkers would most likely be useless anyway. If we were to get hit by a comet or asteroid, they might help for a little while, but if the Earth is destroyed, then the people inside are just delaying their inevitable demise anyway. What is the point then?

      However, this is not the case. There have already been tests that have been successful to land space vehicles on asteroids, like Apophis (the asteroid that was successfully landed on was called Eros). All we need to do is get a small engine landed on the asteroid in question and then turn it on. The extra force from the engine will change the trajectory of the asteroid from its current path and the Earth will be missed. It’s quite simple. There are also plans to land a probe on a comet in the next few years. I am also confident there are electromagnetic and anti-gravity weapons based on the work of Nikola Tesla that are able to protect our planet in the event that one of these NEO’s do in fact post a threat to Earth. Space has been weaponized. This is why there has been a huge spike in the amount of visits by extraterrestrials in the past 50 years. They need to keep an eye on us now that we have our Earth weapons in space. They do not want us, the aggressive little buggers that we are, to threaten their existence. I’m sure they don’t mind as much if we threaten our own existence.

      Anyway, Elenin is a dud. All the astronomers are focused on it because this is a comet that will be passing by the Earth this year, and that is what astronomers do when a comet comes by…they study it.

    i would like to clear something up because alot of people seem to be confused,

    my calculations were done to show what sort of a force would be needed to move elenin into collision course with earth, as of this point in time elenin presents no threat as it is set to pass us.

    please so not take what i have done as a sign that it is heading our way as ive received many emails from people asking when will it hit earth etc, it is not heading to earth at the present time, the calculations i did were to show what sort of a large force would be required to make it move into a collision course, and the forces required would be huge, it would require an object of nearly 2/3’s its size to change its trajectory…

    just to clarify elenin, is NOT heading directly toward earth at this present time.

    Elenin is a very dangerous comet because it is a long period comet whose tail will blast the Earth with photons. Comets are not balls of ice and dust like Nasa states. Nasa will not release this information because there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it except panic.

    Comets are electric space capacitors. Comets are electromagnetically connected to the sun and planets by EM ropes (JP, 2005). Extreme EM can cause earthquakes. This is what HAARP can do. EM energy lubricates fault lines. The reason Elenin is causing quakes when others do not is because Elenin has been in deep space a long time gathering electrons to feed the sun by discharging its capacitance.

    Comets pick up electrons as they fly through space. The longer in space without discharging, the more electricity is stored in the comet. When the comet approaches the sun, it begins to glow because the electric circuit is energized by the sun’s proton wind. The sun provides the positive charge and the stored electrons provide the negative charge to complete and electric circuit. The comet nucleus behaves similar to the filament on a lightbulb when positive and negative wires are attached. The bulb glows.

    Comets do the same thing when the comet discharges its capacitance. The infrared signature for comet Elenin suggest the charge Elenin is carrying is so large that when the comet dumps its capacitance, the resulting photon flare up will engulf the Earth as the Earth passes through the tail. When Elenin was 14 AUs away on June 14, 2007, Nasa photographed the comet when they took the infrared image for google sky. The infrared image indicates Elenin’s infrared electrical signature is 17 million miles across with xray jets extending over 100 million miles from Elenin. When Elenin flares when it dumps its energy, the photon blast will be so great that it will instantly turn everything on the earth’s surface to light energy.

    The reasons other comets are not a threat is that most comets do not pass between the earth and the sun putting the earth in the tail. Also, comets with periods of a a hundred years or so are able to dump their charge more frequently which keeps the IR signature low. Elenin is different. There is no other object is space that humans have identified that has an electric signature like Elenin.

    Yes we got some data news. Lukes calculations are a bit off. Right now its getting close to the Sun area so we will not be able to see it again until it swings around the other side. This will take place sometime in September.

    This Elenin is 3,000 miles in diameter last report we got. It is not a 4-5 km deal at this present time. Hence even NASA is staying very quiet about it.

    Projections last I know of prior to the Sun swing by, is it will miss us but by a hair in cosmic terms. If the sun perturbs the asteroid, it can go either way. At the moment I don’t want to say one way or the other. Consider the worst case scenario, meaning it being bigger approximately 120 times than Mr. Dino Rock that hit 65 million years ago causing the extinction of the dinos themselves.

    It can do one of three things:

    1. Misses us by a hair trigger in cosmic terms. At current path, misses us and goes right between Earth and the Moon.

    2. Impact Earth odds are high

    3. Impact the Moon. odds are high

    Keep in mind our atmosphere is only about 74 miles high above us. This is about 390,000 feet up. The rest is considered practically space to some extent like the shuttle and the ISS. Temps in this region is around almost 1800 celsius. Above the thermosphere is the exosphere and this is where pure space begins which is about 372 miles above our heads. Anything further than 372 miles the earths gravitational pull becomes non existent.

    So with a iron rock this size well what can I say Raj???
