A report from November 2009 learned us that Scientists from the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) have been reported to be in touch with extraterrestrial beings.
the Bulgarian scientists are working on deciphering pictograms which are said to have come in the form of the so called “crop circles” with which the aliens answered 30 questions posed by the BAS researchers.
“They are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time. They are not hostile towards us; rather, they want to help us but we have not grown enough in order to establish direct contact with them. They are ready to help us but we don’t know what to request from them in case of contact,” said Lachezar Filipov, Deputy Director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
Filipov has said that even the Vatican had agreed that aliens existed. In his words, the humans are not going to be able to establish contact with the extraterrestrials through radio waves but through the power of thought.
He has stated that the human race was certainly going to have direct contact with the aliens in the next 10-15 years.
‘Dr. Lachezar Filipov involves UFO/ET disclosure by a major space scientist and he would reveal the presence of extraterrestrial visitors, until he suddenly disappeared. After his return Filipov said not a word about the galactic presence. Watch the videos below’.
On Monday, June 27, 2011 A top Russian astronomer say he expects humans to encounter extraterrestrial civilisations within the next two decades.
“The genesis of life is as inevitable as the formation of atoms … Life exists on other planets and we will find it within 20 years,” said Andrei Finkelstein, director of the Russian Academy of Sciences‘ Applied Astronomy Institute, according to the Interfax news agency.
If water can be found on other planets, then so can life, he said, adding that aliens would most likely resemble humans with two arms, two legs and a head.
“They may have different colour skin, but even we have that,” he said. Read full article
