NSA Document Admits ET Contact

Extract from NSA Document Admits ET Contact

On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA Journal Vol. XIV No. 1.  This is a report of a presentation given to the NSA by Dr. Howard Campaigne ( Dr. Campaigne is one of the top cryptologists on the planet with years and years of service to Naval Security Group, Army Security Agency) regarding the decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received “from outer space”.  Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.

At some time, unspecified in the document, Dr. Howard  Campaigne and some other NSA super mathematicians in the crypto department had been given the task of decoding the messages.  There were a total of 29 messages to be decoded.

It is curious, to say the least, that this document was cleared for release on October 21, 2004.  Why was that?  Because the NSA did not release it into public information until April 21, 2011.  Though cleared for release, the NSA had been stonewalling it along with hundreds of other NSA documents about contact with UFOs and extraterrestrials until they lost the lawsuit brought by Peter Gersten, a lawyer from Arizona.  When they well and truly lost, the judge’s order had to be carried out, and the documents had to be released.

No one from the government has stepped in front of the cameras and come clean about ET reality as yet.   But, here we have the most secret intelligence organization in the U.S.A. , the National Security Agency, disclosing openly that there has been contact with intelligent extraterrestrials.   Not only that, they have decoded their messages.

The document is published on the official website of www.nsa.gov and can be read here: http://www.nsa.gov/public_info/_files/ufo/key_to_et_messages.pdf

    F-cjkin caps lock.

    • Hi Vara
First off a little helping hand with your caps lock issue:
      1. Click “Start” (Windows button in windows 7 and Vista)
      2. Click “Programs” (“All Programs” in windows 7 and Vista)
      3. Click “Accessories”
      4. Click “Accessibility”
      5. Click “On-Screen Keyboard”
      6. Try clicking the caps lock button using the on-screen keyboard and see if that will turn it off. Then start typing and see if that works.

Now this link is working for me, the documents will be mostly useless to whose who dont understand imaginary numbers in calculus (me included, I know how to do it but dont understand lol), as the formulas they are using are based on Z values (constants).

    • @ Varakeinen. lol thanks. Your way makes me smile🙂

Do save this file you may have to refer back to it.

      Stay Safe

I cant get it open, and even Ron sent me open file examples but all came at the thumb nail size with no option I can find to make them larger no matter what format I use. I am Not actually computer savey.
If it isnt point and click, plug and play, it fast loses my interest.

We got a message from the ET!!! Great news!!!!
But what are they trying to tell us???
I wonder if the message can still be received with our latest instruments???

  3. Still there remain a lot of critical questions and notes:

    1) How could the signals be received by sputnik? Did Sputnik contain an additional receiver for space signals, which routet these signals by a special transmitter to earth? I never heard about this.
Or were the signals in question picked up by receivers on earth when listenig to the Sputnik signals? But then they should write: “Received at Sputnik frequency” instead of “Received via Sputnik”.

    2) What was the original structure of the “alien” code? A kind of morse signals made of a carrier frequency (kind of interrupted beeps of different lengths)? A frequency-modulated carrier (like a melody)? Or, what should be less probable, some kind of complex, modulated sound signal similar to human voice?
To interprete the signals, the first mistakes already can be made by transforming the noisy and crackling sound in the receiver to letters or figures. So we can’t even be sure if they published the right code and did not make mistakes at the beginning. In addition, we should keep in mind that the letters we see in the code are only relative and can be replaced by any other letters or symbols without any loss of sense or content.

    • All good questions Kurt but the article did say “apparently” received via Sputnik. “Hey lets just mention the Russians because then the general public won’t expect any further disclosure, they’re worse than us”.. Nice move NSA

Sounds like a steaming pile to me, I bet it was received via military satellite or something top secret made in the good ol’ US of A.

Great article, and my exact thoughts too Kurt🙂

  4. A google search for this document shows a few sites that say that this was actually part of a hypothetical decoding exercise and that the ‘message’ was written by Campaigne…?

  5. @ JAW

Could please give me a link to a page where they wrote that it was only a decoding exercise? I didn’t find it.
I think this seems to be the best explanation for this alleeged “alien” message:

  6. I read this story already many years ago. Not fake, not alien nature but just an exercise as stated in one of the other comments. This is just an extract of one of the documents.

“In the most recent issue of the NSA Technical Journal- Vol. XI, No. 1Mr. Lambros D. Callimahos discussed certain aspects of extraterrestrial intelligence and included several messages to test the reader’s ingenuity. ”

  7. The links I was looking at were
    http://ufos-scientificresearch.blogspot.co.uk/2010/01/nsa-foia-documents-32-42.html (@ para. 41)

The refutation in the first reference might be based on the refutation in the second one (which was earlier). But looking at it again, it’s unclear why the conclusion was drawn that it was a hypothetical exercise.

@JapanJoe Likewise it’s not clear in the link you gave that it was a hypothetical exercise. It just says that Mr. Callimahos included several messages to test the reader’s ingenuity. It doesn’t say they were fabricated. If they were, why the hoohah about getting them declassified? And why were no solutions apparently given?

  8. load of bullshit

  9. quite a shame this was posted like this with such a definite title, whne in reality it seems from everyone that this is either old or filled with holes or not even actual.
i love this website but thats a little much….

  10. As usual someone is able to debunk the story. It would be nice though for the government to admit to what we all ready know to be true. In reality if the President got on national TV and admitted to the alien encounters. We, or at least I, would holler BS wonder what the angle is, and start a completely new conspiracy theory.

  11. marina pratt

Well, ok, @->Doug-> It is important to understand the the president, no matter who he is, is in the last position in the chain of command regarding the ET issue. This information is harbored in the NSA and auxillary agencies and held on to with fierce secrecy. “The Government” is a unmungus, sprawling affair, each department seperated by walls of silence. There has been proven an inability to break through this design. It is the beaurocracy developed over many decades that allows it to exist. Many of the folks who work within this maze have been there for a very long time, functioning seperatly from the administration branch and disconnected from all other branches. It is hard to get ones mind around actually.

I saw a mini-form of this function when I worked for the Suffolk County-New York [Long Island] Department of Social Services in the late 60s-early 70s…I was astonished when I realized that I had no imput for certain situations with either the Children Services division or the county police or anyone else who may have been helpful in the assistance of a client. Being a ‘do-er’ I experienced no end of frustration and some of the cases were so hair raising that I was banging the walls with fury when I could not make a difference.

This is a slice and dice system. All the airy-fairy tales about government are just bunk. The realiety is something else entirely. As part of the disclosure movement, this will slowly make its way to the surface but even then, ET issues are hard hidden..The escape of this document is a fluke and perhaps a false flag.

More and more is leaking out. We have to take each paper and each photo as a single item. Just because we do not understand the language does not mean it is for good or ill. It is easy to be dismissive. I discovered this morning that I had made an assumption on something that I found no back up on only to get posted that there was a varification from a solid source. The frustration of being fed a continual line of bad guesses, jaded personal opinions and gossip layden nonsense, had gotten under my skin and my patience ran out.

Perhaps the lesson I keep preaching to others should more often be applied to myself…ASSUME NOTHING!
    NAMESTE’, Marina – 9:31am edt-5/11/12-USA

  12. Marina, thank you very much for your reply. I fully agree, and completely understand what you are saying. Having retired as a police officer. I kind of always ASSUME if the government has something to do with it, good or bad there seems to always be an alterior motive. All one can do is report what one finds in hopes that someone else can add more knowledge verifying or debunking. I think the government has lied for so many years that they can never tell the truth now. Knowing that the government isn’t trusted anyway, that would only confirm the trust issues.

  13. Please document the stories more seriously, if you go to the original reference below, you find out these were GAMES played by the NSA folks to imagine how it would be if aliens contacted us:
